Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cigars, we do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
If your cigars are damaged in transit, take clear photos and contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
